The award of BISS franchise entitles a Franchisee entitles a Franchisee to the following. 

Branding and Designs:

Franchisee has the right to trade under the prestigious BISS name and display the BISS logo. Comprehensive information about the required look of the school is also supplied to all franchises along with full branding guidelines and idea of displaying projects / Artwork. 

Courses:

Prospective franchises may also apply for the following course package.

A Full range of general English courses from Beginners to Advanced level, together with selection of the exam preparation courses such as most required by the Franchisee`s  local Market ( such as IELTS , TOEFL etc)

• Business English / ALC

A Range of Business English courses from pre-intermediate to Advanced level

• ELCC/ TTP/ YLEP

A range of certain English for specific purpose courses as ELCC- (English language co-ordinator course), TTP ( Teachers Training Program) and YLEP (Young learners English Programs) 

Play Group to o` level/ Matric:

All the syllabus and lesson planning from play group to o`level / matric will be provided to the Franchise.

Training Programs:

Training is very important part of franchise package . key members of franchise team will receive instructions in the BISS philosophy, methods and systems.

Education co-ordinator:

Training will be given for a minimum of 4Weeks in BISS head Office Multan.

The training will cover central aspect of the academic management and administration of BISS and will include some teaching of Language courses.

Vice Principal:

Training will be given for one month / 4 weeks in BISS head Office Multan. In certain cases, the Vice Principal may also be required to receive language training. 

Teaching Staff:

All teachers will receive a structured program of either Pre-or-in service training.

Support staff:

An induction program will be delivered on site. Selected support staff may be required to attend further training in Multan.

Recruitment of Vice Principal/ Centre Director

Recruitment of Vice Principal/ Centre Director BISS will recruit the Vice principal /centre director.

Support:

BISS offers a high level of support, advice and guidance this covers aspects of setting up and running BISS franchise school. From the best Practice marketing initiatives. As part of the Franchise Agreement, franchises are required to receive at least quality Assurance visit from Head Office Multan.

Becoming a Franchise:

Opening a School.

Once the franchise agreement has been signed, a number of major steps remain to be taken before the new school can open:

• Location, fitting and refurbishment of new School.
• BISS approval of location and design work.
• Recruitment of centre director/ Vice Principal/ Education Co-ordinator all teaching and non- teaching staff.

In total a successful application to become, A BISS franchise school is expected to become a BISS franchise school is expected to take not less than ______ months.

Initially all the advertisement plan i.e. Printed / Outdoor / Broadcast would be given to the Franchisee.

All the lessons planning and syllabus will be given to franchisee by the organization themselves.
